• When you request a consultation, we collect the details you submit on the form, such as your name, email address, company (if provided), project notes, scheduling preferences, time zone, and optional fields (for example additional attendees). We may also record the page URL you submitted from and a short source tag when present in the link you used.
• Standard server and hosting logs may include technical data such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps, as processed by our hosting provider.

How we use information

We use consultation submissions to respond to your request, schedule and conduct discovery calls, and operate our business. We do not sell your personal information.

Where data is stored and subprocessors

Consultation requests are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. If email notifications are enabled for our team, message delivery may be processed through Mailgun or similar providers we configure. Those providers process data under their own terms and security practices; we only send what is needed to notify our team about your request.

Retention

We retain consultation and contact records for as long as needed to follow up with you, deliver our services, and meet legal or operational requirements. You may contact us to ask about deletion where applicable law applies.
